Preparation for protein pancakes with high protein content and low sugar. Blend of whey, casein, and egg proteins for a complete amino acid profile.

Ingredients: Oat flour (gluten), whole egg powder, egg white powder, whey protein isolate (contains milk, emulsifier: E322), milk protein concentrate, vanilla flavour, milk cream flavour, sodium chloride, thickener: E414, sodium bicarbonate, sweeteners: E955, E950. May contain traces of soy and nuts.

Preparation of one pancake:

Mix 1 scoop (30 g) with 60 ml of skimmed milk or water.

Whisk until a smooth batter is obtained.

Pour into a hot non-stick pan and cook on low heat until both sides are golden brown.
