Core - White

Airofit CORE is the new entry-level breathing trainer from Danish brand Airofit: a fully manual respiratory trainer with adjustable resistance wheels, built to strengthen your breathing muscles (diaphragm and intercostals). No battery, no Bluetooth, no subscription – you set the resistance yourself and the free Airofit app guides you through 5 to 10 minute sessions.

What is the Airofit CORE?
A non-electronic breathing trainer for respiratory muscle training (RMT), made for anyone starting out with breath training: athletes, fitness enthusiasts, singers and wind players, and anyone who simply wants to breathe calmer and deeper. CORE is a sports device, not a medical device.

Key benefits:
• Stronger inspiratory and expiratory muscles and better breath control under effort
• 6 resistance levels, adjustable separately for inhale and exhale
• Free app guidance with 8 breathing exercises and 2 training plans
• 3 levels: beginner, intermediate and expert
• Customizable training programs and full training history in the app
• Only 45 g and 70 x 77 x 55 mm – fits any gym bag
• Nothing to charge, nothing to pair: always ready to use

How does it work?
1. Download the free Airofit app (iOS 15.1 or newer, Android 7 or newer).
2. Pick a training plan or exercise; the app sets the resistance level and duration.
