What are your shipping conditions?
We ship within 2–7 business days across the EU. Delivery is made by parcel or pallet depending on the volume. There are no customs formalities within the EU.
What is the minimum order for free delivery?
For B2B orders above €450 (excl. VAT), shipping is free. For orders below that amount, a flat delivery fee of €15 (excl. VAT) will be charged.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, you will receive a tracking link once the order is dispatched.
What if something arrives damaged?
Please report any transport damage within 48 hours to info@kuby.biz, including photos and your order reference. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
